Our beloved Nellie

Posted on 7 November, 2014 at 21:40 Comments comments (873)
We recently lossed our beloved Nellie.

Nellie was 13 years old.
Her favorite thing to do was play ball and chase the horses.

The hardest thing about owning a pet is when you have to say good-bye to them.

Our hearts ache and we miss her so much.

She will forever be in our heart.

New rates starting January 1, 2014

Posted on 24 November, 2013 at 21:05 Comments comments (21)
Effective January 1, 2014 our rates will slightly change.

Boarding kennel - $14/day per dog.
2 dogs in the same room $22/day for pair.
Daycamp will remain the same at $10 per day, providing we have the space.

In-home care visits will start at $13/day, $2.50 each additional dog.
Each additional cat will be $1.50 per cat.

As always we will work with those who have a large number of animals....

We are offering from now until December 31, 2013, if anyone uses our in-home care service at least once a week on a regular weekly basis, to be locked in at our current rate.

We apologize for any inconvenience but due to rising costs, we needed to slightly adjust our rates.

There will be adjustments made for those individuals who may need it.

We appreciate every one of our customers and we truly do love your pets like one of our own.

Thank You!

We love her to pieces!

In loving memory of our beloved Abbey girl

We lost our beloved Abbey girl to kidney failure a few days ago.

Our hearts ache as we miss her so much.

The only sad part about owning a pet is when it's time to say goodbye.

We cherished every moment we had with her over the past 12 1/2 years.

Abbey will be greatly missed and remain in our hearts forever..

Pork chops for breakfast

Posted on 5 July, 2013 at 11:14 Comments comments (225)
Who makes pork chops on the grill at 8 a.m.? We do! :)

Our little friend Rocky has been a challenge this week, to try to get to eat . I have to sit on the floo...r with him and sometimes hand feed him.
He's such a sweet boy but doesn't want to eat.

We do whatever it takes to make sure he or any other dog does not go hungry, with including the owners on what we're doing.

I was honored to be called his Aunt. That's what Aunt's do. :)

I'm certainly not trying to make myself sound better than any other kennel. This is me and how I am.
If you have a dog that is a picky eater, please check with your kennel to make sure they will take the time to make sure your dog will eat. They can get really sick by going days without eating.
Some kennels have too many dogs and may not have time to do that.

No hungry dogs at our little bed & breakfast!
