Scottish Terriers are a very beautiful breed of dog. They are one of the prettiest lap dogs any family would love to have as a pet.  Meet Piper & Gillie! They love to watch the squirrels at their Grandma's feeder. They also like to chase bunnies and will play with any other dog that's around. Piper loves chasing balls and gets very angry when Gillie gets the ball from him. Their Mom Amy says, these two are the friendliest Scotties you will ever meet! I agree with her. I met Piper & Gillie at their grandparents house. They are very sweet dogs. A little fun fact - The Scottish Terrier is the only breed of dog to have been in the White House three times. President Franklin D. Roosevelt was well known for his love of Scottish Terriers and owned several dogs of the breed. Presidents Ronald Reagan and George W. Bush also had Scottish Terriers as companion dogs. |
